Ingredientes
- 1 x chicken, cut in serving pcs
- 2 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 x cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 c. rose wine
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350F. Place chicken in single layer, skin side up, in shallow baking pan. In a mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered for about 1 hour or possibly till cooked through, basting occasionally.
