Receta Chet's Ja Hab Miso Salad Dressing

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Dark miso paste, (comes in a block)
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Warm water, (more if needed to thin out the dressing)
- 3/4 c. Rice vinegar, (for a different taste use lime or possibly lemon juice FRESH squeezed)
- 2 tsp Light soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Onion, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger root, finely grated
- 1 tsp Honey - adjust to taste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame tahini
- 2 Tbsp. Dulse minced
- 1 Tbsp. Jim Campbell's Screaming Red Savina Mash
- 2 x Ripe Habs finely minced, (more if you want more heat)

- Combine sugar and warm water, Add in the following stirring as you go miso, rice wine vinegar, soy, onion, honey, ginger, tahini, mustard, duluse, savina mash and the diced habenero Should look like chocolate pudding before cooking - adjust to taste and heat. Place in a blender for about 3-4 mins - check for taste Should be slightly sweet and sour - with your amount of heat
