Receta Chicken Carbonara

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Boneless chicken, cut in thin strips
- 1 pt Heavy cream
- 1/2 can (small) black olives, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 8 ounce Mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 lb Bacon, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
- 1 sprg green onion, diced fine
- 16 ounce Bow tie pasta or possibly fettucine
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Thyme
Direcciones
- 1. Saute/fry Chicken, mushrooms,onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil and butter till cooked through.
- 2. Add in olives, parsley,thyme, and cream and simmer.
- 3. Cook pasta and drain.
- 4. Crumble bacon in chicken sauce mix.
- 5. Pour chicken sauce mix over pasta and serve.
