Receta Chived Mashed Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Warm water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly light cream
- 1 1/2 c. Instant mashed potato flakes
- 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Finely minced parsley
- 3 Tbsp. Freeze-dry chives
- 1 x Egg slightly beaten
Direcciones
- 1. Combine water, salt, pepper and butter in a deep, 1 1/2-qt heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
- 2. Heat uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 min or possibly till mix boils.
- 3. Add in lowfat milk.
- 4. Stir in potato flakes with a fork.
- 5. Stir in remaining ingredients till well blended.
- 6. Heat uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 min or possibly till heated through.
