Receta Chocolate Fudge Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 3 x Egg yolks, beaten
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans, optional
- 3 x Egg whites
- 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
- 6 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x Baked pie shell
Direcciones
- Combine sugar, cocoa and flour in a saucepan. Combine egg yolks and lowfat milk; blend well. Add in to dry ingredients. Cook slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, till thick. Add in butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Blend well.
- Pour into baked pie shell. Make meringue by beating egg whites with cream of tartar till hard; add in sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Plate atop pie.
- Bake at 375 till brown.
