  1. Combine sugar, cocoa and flour in a saucepan. Combine egg yolks and lowfat milk; blend well. Add in to dry ingredients. Cook slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, till thick. Add in butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Blend well.
  2. Pour into baked pie shell. Make meringue by beating egg whites with cream of tartar till hard; add in sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Plate atop pie.
  3. Bake at 375 till brown.
