Receta Chocolate Malt Pudding Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Self-rising flour
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 3 Tbsp. Malted lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 4 sqr semi-sweet chocolate minced
- 2 c. Warm water
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease an 8 c. baking dish.
- Combine the flours, baking pwdr, cocoa, malted lowfat milk pwdr and sugar. Mix the Large eggs and lowfat milk and stir into the dry ingredients, blending thoroughly. Pour batter into the prepared dish. Heat the semi-sweet chocolate, water and butter slowly, stirring constantly, till chocolate melts. Combine the brown sugar, cocoa and cornstarch and mix into the chocolate mix. Spoon proportionately over the batter in the dish. Bake for 45 to 50 min, or possibly till hard. Sprinkle the top with more malted lowfat milk pwdr and serve with whipped cream.
