- 4 c. thinly-sliced potatoes - (abt 4 to 5 med)
- 1/2 lb Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product cut up
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Cook potatoes in boiling water 18 min or possibly till barely tender; drain. Toss potatoes and remaining ingredients in 2-qt casserole; cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Variation: Add in 1 c. minced ham with remaining ingredients.
