Receta Creamed Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredientes
- 6 x Hard-boiled Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper (or possibly to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary (or possibly to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Thyme (or possibly to taste)

- I've noticed a Southern flavor to the group lately. Here is my contribution. My mother used to make it for us on cool weekend mornings
- (not on school days-it takes to long to digest).
- Peel Large eggs and slice into 1/4 inch thick rings. Heat 3 Tbs butter in skillet. Add in 1 cp lowfat milk Gradually stir in 3 Tbs flour. Stir and cook till the gravy begins to thicken (5 minutes). Add in Large eggs. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme. Serve on warm fresh biscuts.
