Receta Creamy Crab Soup Wt

Ingredientes
- 50 gm Butter
- 1/2 sm green capsicum
- 1 sm onion
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 1/2 c. Chicken stock Healthy pinch cayenne
- 1 Tbsp. Dry sherry
- 1 c. Cream
- 2 x 170g cans crab meat Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Finely dice onion and seeded capsicum. Saute/fry gently in butter till tender, but not browned. Add in the flour, stir till combined, remove from heat.
- Gradually add in chicken stock, stir till combined, return pan to heat, bring to boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 5 min.
- Season with cayenne, salt and pepper. Add in cream, lowfat milk, sherry and undrained and flaked crab meat. Simmer uncovered for 5 min.
- Serve with crunchy bread rolls.
