Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
- 1/3 c. Ketchup
- 1 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1 ounce Shredded Cheddar cheese, (1/4 c.)
- 1 can (8 ounce) Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Sesame seed
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 F. In large skillet, brown grnd beef and onion; drain.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, pepper and cheese.
- Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Press or possibly roll each rectangle into an 8x4-inch rectangle. Cut each in half crosswise to create 8 squares.
- Place about 2 rounded tablespoonfuls grnd beef mix on center of each square; fold dough over filling, forming triangle. Press edges with fork to seal; cut small vents in the top. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with sesame seed.
- Bake at 375 F. for 11 to 18 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot.
