Receta Denver Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 8 slc bread (sourdough, wheat, rye, your favorite)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. finely minced green bell pepper
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. finely minced cooked ham
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 x pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Lightly toast the bread.
- In a medium skillet, heat the butter to coat the bottom of the pan.
- Saute/fry the onion with the green pepper till the onions become transparent. Remove from skillet.
- In a small bowl, beat the Large eggs. Add in the minced ham and salt, season with pepper to taste.
- Pour the Large eggs into the skillet and cook over low heat till they are set. Cut into 4 sections. Place on toasted bread. Top with sauteed onions and green peppers.
