Receta Dutch Indies Curry

Ingredientes
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can shrimp
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 celery hearts
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 heaping teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 stick butter
Direcciones
- Cut vegetables and onions in small pcs. Cook rice, drain and fluff dry. Heat butter in Dutch oven, add in meat and brown. Then add in minced vegetables and onions. Cook over low heat. Add in shrimp and curry pwdr. Salt to taste. Finally add in rice and mix well. Cover and allow to steam a few min. Serves: 6 to 8.
