Receta Easy Sweet N Sour Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 4 x Pork rib or possibly loin chops (1/4- to 1/2-inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 3/4 tsp Salt, divided
- 3/4 c. Unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. Green bell pepper strips
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 Tbsp. Corn starch
- 1/8 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
Direcciones
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; cook pork chops till browned, turning occasionally, about 10 to 12 min. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. salt over pork; remove to hot platter and keep hot. Pour off drippings from skillet; add in remaining ingredients and rest of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat; return pork to pan. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 to 7 min.
