Receta Enoki Spinach Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Fresh spinach
- 4 ounce Toasted almonds
- 1 can (15-ounce) Mandarin oranges
- 1 pkt Enoki mushrooms
- 5 ounce Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 ounce Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Minced chives
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
Direcciones
- Wash & dry spinach; tear into bite sized pieces. Place in salad bowl. Add in toasted almonds and mandarin oranges and toss well. Ligthly wash mushrooms and cut off ends where stems start to separate. Spread mushrooms over top of salad.
- Blend together the dressing ingredients. Adjust to taste. Pour over salad and serve.
