• 1 clv garlic
• 1 x 2 jalapeno or possibly serrano peppers, seeded and deveined
• 2 lb ripe tomatoes Or possibly 1 28-oz can, seeded
• 3 Tbsp. minced minutes
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 lb fettuccine, cooked till al dente
• 1 c. Greek black olives, pitted
