Receta Fettucini Alfredo With Tomatoes

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 3/4 c. parmesan cheese - grated
- 1/2 c. margarine*
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. fresh tomatoes, minced, or possibly sun dry cooked fettucini

- *Note: I would reduce the amount of margarine to a Tbsp. or possibly two. I bet it would taste just as good. Might increase the lowfat milk to make up for the margarine. (Brenda)
- In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, margarine and lowfat milk. Stir over low heat till smooth, add in tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 min, add in fettucini and toss lightly and serve.
