Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Turbot, or possibly other lean fish
- 3/4 c. Butter, melted
- 1 x Lemon, juiced
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. Fine bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Cut fish into steaks. Combine melted butter and lemon. In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Dip each piece of fish into melted butter and then roll in crumb mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 15- 20 min.
- Serves 4.
