Receta Garlic Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 c. rice, long grain
- 2 tsp garlic, crushed
- 30 gm butter
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
Direcciones
- Heat butter in pan, add in crushed garlic and rice, stir over low heat for 5 min.
- Add in 1 c. stock, simmer gently 3 min, add in remaining stock, simmer uncovered for futher 7 min or possibly till rice is tender; drain. Stir in minced parsley.
- Serves 4.
