Receta German Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt German choco cake mix
- 2/3 c. Butter, softened
- 1/2 c. Coconut, shredded Egg
- 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Direcciones
- Preheat oven 350 deg. In lag mixer bowl, blend cake mix, coconut, butter, and 1 egg on low speed till mix is crumbly. Press VERY LIGHTLY in ungreased pan, 13x9x2". Beat cream cheese, 2 Large eggs, 3/4c sugar, and 2t vanilla till smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mix. Bake 20-25 mins.
- Mix lowfat sour cream, 1/4c sugar, and 1T vanilla till smooth. Spread over cheesecake. Cold. Chill at least 8 hours.
