Receta Glazed Apricot Pork Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Boneless pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 jar , (10 ounce) apricot preserves
- 4 Tbsp. Orange liqueur or possibly orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
Direcciones
- Stir together all ingredients well; place in heavy plastic bag. Marinate at least 30 min. Thread pork onto 4 - 6 skewer (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 min to prevent burning). Grill over warm coals 10-12 min, turning occasionally, basting often with the marinade.
