Receta Granola Crackers

Ingredientes
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 c. unhulled sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat Large eggs lightly, then add in oil and honey, beating to combine. Stir wet mix into dry mix, blending thoroughly. Spread mix on a greased cookie sheet, 15 x 10 inches, pressing dough as thin as possible. Bake in preheated oven for 20 min or possibly till golden brown. Cut immediately into 1 1/2 inch squares, then into triangles, while hot. Remove crackers from pan and cold on a rack. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 5 dozen.
