Receta Grayton Beach Grouper Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb grouper fillets
- 1 tsp paprika Non-stick cooking spray
- 2 can tomato sauce - (15 ounce ea)
- 8 ounce fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 tsp grnd thyme
- 1 tsp grnd marjoram
- 1 tsp grnd savory
- 1 c. minced green onions
Direcciones
- Cut fillets in pcs, approximately 2 by 2 inches; toss with paprika. Lightly oil large skillet with cooking spray; brown fish on medium-high till it flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from heat, set aside and keep hot.
- In the same skillet combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, thyme, marjoram and savory; simmer on medium-low heat till mushrooms are tender.
- Divide tomato sauce mix proportionately into four soup bowls; add in fish and top with green onions.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
