Receta Hungarian Pork And Roasted Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 2/3 Tbsp. Corn oil
- 1/3 lb Pork stew meat
- 63/1000 c. Flour
- 1/3 sm Onion, chopped
- 1/3 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika
- 63/1000 c. Water
- 63/1000 tsp Caraway seed
- 1/3 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 47/250 tsp Salt
- 1/3 can VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables, liquid removed (16 ounce)
- 1/3 x Bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 lrg Tomato, diced
- 1/3 can Beef broth (12 ounce) Wide noodles or possibly rice
Direcciones
- 1. Dredge meat in flour, then brown pork in warm oil in roasting pan in 400'F. oven for 15 min.
- 2. Add in paprika and onion, water, caraway seed, garlic and salt.
- 3. Cover tightly and bake at 325'F. till meat is tender.
- 4. Add in peppers, tomatoes, and stock. Simmer covered for 15 min.
- 5. Stir in VEG-ALL. Simmer covered for 15 min.
- 6. Serve with wide noodles or possibly rice.
