Ingredientes

  • 2 can Baked beans, (14 ounce)
  • 1 can Sliced pineapple, (19 ounce), liquid removed (reserve juice)
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/3 c. Rum or possibly reserved pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Instant coffee granules
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 6 slc Bacon

Direcciones

  1. In an 11x7 inch baking dish, combine beans, 1/4 c. pineapple juice, brown sugar, rum, onion, instant coffee, and mustard. Let stand at room temparature 1 hour. Arrange bacon slices on top of beans and pineapple slices on top of bacon.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 375 F for 1 1/2 hrs.
