- 2 lb turkey breast - (to 3 lbs)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. dry white wine Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 x garlic cloves
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients (turkey skin-side down) in crock pot and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hrs, basting turkey if possible.
