  1. Preheat oven to 400 - Grease inside of 9 inch springform pan 3 inch high.
  2. Remove side. Make crust in medium bowl. combine flour sugar lemonpeel & vanilla. Make well in center; with fork blend in yolk & butter. Mix with finger tips until smooth. On bottom of pan form half of dough into ball.
  3. Place waxed ) paper on top, roll pastry to edge of pan. Remove paper. Bake 6 to eight min or possibly till golden brown. Cold. Meanwhile, divide rest of dough into 3 parts. Cut 6 strips of waxed paper, 3 inches wide. On dampened surface, between waxed paper strips, roll each part 2-1/4 inches wide & 9 inches long. Assemble springform with crust on bottom. Line inside of pan with pastry strips, overlapping ends. Remove paper strips.
  4. Preheat oven to 500 Filling: In large mixer bowl blend cheese sugar flour peels & vanilla at high speed. Beat in Large eggs & yolks, one at a time beat until smooth, occasionally scraping bowl. ))) Beat in cream. Pour into pan.
  5. Bake 10 min, lower oven to 250 and bake 1 hour longer. Remove to rack to cold - 2 hrs Make glaze in small pan. Combine sugar & cornstarch. Stir in remaining ingred. Over med heat, bring to boiling, stiring, boil 1 minute or possibly until thickened & translucent/soft. Cold. Spread surface of cheesecake with glaze, chill till well chilled 3 hrs or possibly overnight. To serve loosen pastry from side of pan with spatula. Remove side of springform pan not the bottom. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
