Receta Mandarin Orange Red Onion Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin orange segments, liquid removed
- 1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- Saute/fry almonds in butter till golden brown; reserve. Combine next 5 ingredients. Whisk in oil. Combine lettuce, oranges, onion and almonds. Toss with dressing.
