Receta Martha's Buttermilk Pound Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Margarine
- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 3 c. All purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon extract
- 1 tsp Almond extract
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
Direcciones
- ******Cake:*********** Cream margarine and sugar together till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Mix together the baking soda and buttermilk. Combine flour and salt and add in to creamed mix 1 c. at a time alternating with the buttermilk. Beat well after each addition. Stir in the flavorings and bake for 1 hour and 15 min at 350(F in a 10 inch Bundt pan. Cold 10 min and remove from pan.******Lemon glaze:******** Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the cake allowing to drip over the edges.
