Receta Michigan Baked Oatmeal

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Old fashioned oats
- 4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Almond flavoring
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Sliced almonds
- 1/2 c. Dry cherries
- 1 lrg Apple, unpeeled and grated
Direcciones
- 1.Preheat oven to 400. 2.Coat 3-quart. casserole or possibly baking pan with cooking spray. 3.In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. 4.Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle top with additional almonds. 5.Bake uncovered for 45 mintues. Serve warm.
- Variation: Omit almonds, almond flavoring and cherries. Add in 1 Tbsp. cinnamon, 1/2 c. raisins and 1/2 c. peanuts, minced.
