Name: Monkey Cookies
Ingredients: 2 1/4 c. Flour; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 c. Sugar; 2/3 c. Butter, softened; 2 x Large eggs, beaten; 2 x Bananas, mashed (use over ripe)

Ingredientes

2Â 1/4 c. Flour
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Butter, softened
2 x Large eggs, beaten
2 x Bananas, mashed (use over ripe)

Direcciones

Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt, and sugar - mix well. Add in butter and mix well. Add in rest of ingredients and mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 400 oven for 12 min.
Makes approx 3 dozencookies.
