I am not a big pasta fan but I liked the way I did this one. I will definitely make this again. There was nothing leftover needless to say.

  1. Dice onion, mince garlic and cut chicken into small bite size pieces. In a skillet on medium heat sauté onion and garlic until barely tender add chicken. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Cook noodles according to package directions. Once chicken is cooked thru drain. Place back in skillet and add sauce, salt, pepper, Parsley and oregano. Cook over medium heat until sauce is bubbly (heated thru). Place noodles on plate and spoon chicken mixture over the top. ( I topped this with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Only thing I would change is to use the actual pasta for which the dish is named - fettucine. Since it is a pasta instead of a noodle, it just seems to hold the sauce much better. It also makes the dish heartier.
