Receta Old Fashioned Poppy Seed Tea Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter or possibly margarine softened
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- powdered sugar

- Heat oven to 350 . In large mixer bowl combine sugar, butter, Large eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, till light and fluffy (2 to 3 min). Add in all other ingredients except powdered sugar. Continue beating till well mixed (1 to 2 min). Pour into greased and floured 12 c. bundt pan. Bake for 50 to 65 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 10 min; remove from pan. cold completely; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
