Ingredientes
- 1 x Crushed pineapple, with juice
- 1 x Orange jello
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Celery, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, finely minced
- 8 ounce Whipped topping
- 1 x Orange, sliced for garnish
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple juice from can into small saucepan and reserve pineapple.
- Bring juice to boil. Add in jello. Stir till dissolved and chill
- till mix just starts to set (approx 15 -20 min). Pour jello
- mix into large mixing bowl and beat in pineapple, softened cream
- cheese, celery, and nuts with electric mixer. Mix in whipping cream.
- Pour into 4 to 5 c. mold and refrigerateovernight. Garnish with orange slices after unmolding.
