Receta Pecan Topped Baked Cheesey Cauliflower

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2/3 c. shredded cheddar
- 4 Tbsp. chives
- 1 pkt frzn cauliflower - (8 to 10 ounce)
- 1 x garlic clove crushed
- Â Â (or possibly garlic pwdr)
- Â Â Additional butter for greasing dish
- Â Â Additional 2/3 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. pecans broken
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat butter till slightly browning and add in ricotta; mix well. Stir in salt and pepper, 2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese and chives. Mix in cauliflower.
- Grease casserole dish by rubbing with butter and garlic. Pour in cauliflower mix. Sprinkle with additional cheese and pecans. Bake 15 to 20 min at 350 degrees.
