Receta Plum Chutney
Ingredientes
- 6 medium sized plums
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder(optional)
- 1 teaspoon of oil
Direcciones
- Cut plums in small piece
- Heat oil in cooking pan
- Add cumin seeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds to the oil
- Add cut plums to the oil and cover it with lid until the pieces convert into paste
- Add sugar and salt to it.
