  1. Dissolve yeast in water in large bowl. Add in buttermilk, beaten Large eggs, 2 1/2 c. flour, butter, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt. Blend 30 seconds on low speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl and beat 2 min on medium speed. Stir in remaining flour (dough should remain soft and slightly sticky).
  2. Knead 5 min on lightly floured board. Shape as desired. Let rise in hot place till double in bulk (about one hour). Roll dough out into rectangle and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut. Bake in oven at 350 to 375 degrees for about 23 min.
