- Italian Sausage 6lbs Slice 1'' Thick
- Onions 3lbs Peel, Dice
- Turnips 3lbs Peel, Dice
- Olive Oil 3oz
- Chicken Base 2cups
- Water 3gals
- Cheese, Parmesan Fresh 2cups Shredded
- Salt& Pepper To Taste
- Bay Leaves 4ech (or as needed)
- Parsley, Fresh 3cups Chopped
- Rice, Arborio 4 1/2 lbs Cooked

- In tilt frill add bacon, sausgae, turnips and onions. Saute utilpork is mostly cooked. Strain off the fat. Add the water and chicken base. bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer. Add the water and chicken base. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer. add the rice, parsley, cheese, and salt & pepper to taste. Adjust seaonings if necessary.
