- Heat oil & butter
- Add garlic
- Add cubed tomatoes
- Add dash of dry white wine
- When pasta cooked, drain and toss in pan with sauce.
- 1-2 minutes before serving add smoked salmon & capers
- Serve with rocket/spinach on top
