Receta Sour Cream Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 well beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1/2 c. sugar mixed with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pecans for garnish
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Combine Large eggs with lowfat sour cream. Add in to creamed mix. Stir in flour, salt, soda. Mix well. Spread half of batter in greased 9x13 pan. Spread pie filling over batter.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of sugar/cinnamon mix over pie filling. Top with remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining sugar/cinnamon. Garnish with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 min.
