Receta 100 Percent Parmesan Cheese Chicken

Ingredientes
- 6 x boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (or possibly grnd red pepper for a spicier dish)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 15-by-10-by-1 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Dip chicken in margarine or possibly butter. Mix cheese, bread crumbs, herbs and seasonings in a bowl or possibly pie plate and roll each piece of chicken in the mix to coat. Place in oven-safe dish and bake for 20 to 25 min, or possibly till tender.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
