Receta Alsatian Potato Puffs

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 x Large eggs, Beaten
- 1 x Clove Garlic, Crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Minced Parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
Direcciones
- Peel, boil, and mash the potatoes. Blend the flour, Large eggs, garlic, parsley, and melted butter into the potatoes. Add in salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
- Mix well and place large Tbsp. of the mix (not quite touching) in a buttered baking dish. Bake in a 325 oven for about 12 min. Sprinkle with paprika. Run under broiler to brown.
