Receta Cliff's Macaroni Pea Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked macaroni
- 1 c. frzn peas
- 3/4 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. 97% fat free ham
- 3/4 c. Kraft(r) reduced fat cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 x hard-boiled Large eggs minced
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 c. fat-free Ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 c. nonfat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Add in to macaroni mix and toss to coat. Chill till ready to serve.
- Minced hard boiled egg can be added, or possibly just the whites if you're avoiding fat and cholesterol.
