Receta Crab Flan

Ingredientes
- 2 x egg
- 450 gm king crabmeat, leg, meat
- 200 ml 2% lowfat milk
- 200 ml 35% cream
- 50 ml minced chervil
- 10 ml unsalted butter, (1 tbsp) Kosher salt black pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
- Butter the molds and set them aside. Put all but 6 pcs of the crab in a food processor, add in the cream, the lowfat milk and the Large eggs. Mix till it comes together and is smooth. Add in salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Put one piece of crab in the bottom of each mold. Cover with the flan mix. Cover with minced chervil. Put the molds in a baking dish and fill it to 2/3 full with warm water. Bake the flans in the oven for 15 to 20 min.
- Garnish the flan with scampi oil or possibly a beurre blanc.
