Ingredientes
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon
- 8 ounce silken tofu
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt, or possibly to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper, or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in food processor; process till smooth and creamy. Add in additional salt and pepper if you like.
