Receta Garlic Roast Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 900 gm Potatoes, large peeled
- 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 120 ml Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tsp Dry oregano
- 3 x Garlic cloves finely minced Salt & Pepper
- 120 ml Water
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 230C. Cut potatoes into quarters or possibly eights lengthwise, place in large shallow ovenproof dish.
- Add in remaining ingredients and stir potatoes to coat.
- Bake at top of oven, uncovered for 1 hour or possibly till golden brown, crip on the outside and soft inside.
- Rearrange the potatoes and add in more water during the cooking if necessary.
