Ingredientes
- 1 large and firm ripe mango, diced
- 1 tbsp of calamansi juice
- 1 cup of sweet ham, diced
- 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped celery
- 4 small potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of cooked peas
- 1 medium carrot, cooked and diced
- Dressing:
- 1 250ml all-purpose cream
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine all salad ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix dressing ingredients, toss in salad and chill.
