Receta Sat Dinner: Pizza Primavera

Ingredientes
- 1 x 12-inch pizza crust, prebaked,or possibly focaccia bread
- 2 c. Fontina, shredded, or possibly Danbo cheese
- 1 lb Fresh asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 x Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 x Sweet red pepper, thin slice
- 1/3 c. Fresh basil, minced or possibly parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Warm pickled pepper, minced
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- If asparagus is not available, green beans make a good substitute.

- On baking sheet, sprinkle pizza base with half of the fontina cheese. Trim and cut asparagus in 2-inch pcs. Set aside.
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook garlic and onion, stirring occasionally, for about 6 min or possibly till softened. Add in red pepper, 2 tb of the basil, and warm pickled pepper (if using); cook for 3 min.
- Add in asparagus; cook for 3 min or possibly just till bright green. Season with pepper. Spoon proportionately over pizza base; sprinkle with remaining fontina cheese.
- Bake in 400f 200C oven for 15-20 min or possibly just till cheese is bubbly and melted. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Cut into wedges.
