Receta Treacle Gingerbread

Ingredientes
- 1 pound plain flour
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 pound sugar
- 1/2 pound treacle
- 1 teacup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- 2 Large eggs
Direcciones
- Put butter, sugar and treacle into a pan and bring to boil. Sieve dry ingredients and add in beaten Large eggs. Add in treacle mix and lastly boiling water and mix well. Pour into fairly big greased and lined tin and bake in a moderate oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
