Receta Broiled Shad With Herbs And Onions

Ingredientes
- 2 lb shad fillets skin on
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp thyme crushed
- 1 dsh freshly-grnd black pepper Minced fresh parsley for garnish Lemon wedges for garnish
Direcciones
- Cut fillets into serving-size portions if necessary. Combine all ingredients except fish, parsley and lemon wedges to make sauce.
- Place fish, skin-side up, on well-greased broiler pan. Brush with sauce. Broil about 3 inches from heat source for 5 min. Turn carefully and brush other side with sauce. Broil 5 to 7 min longer or possibly till fish is lightly browned and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon wedges.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
