Name: Chocolate Chip Butter Cake
Ingredients: 8 ounce Butter or possibly Margarine; 2 c. Sugar; 4 x Large eggs, separated; 2 2/3 c. Sifted Cake Flour; 2 tsp Baking Pwdr; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 c. Lowfat milk; 2 tsp Vanilla; 5 ounce German Sweet Chocolate Bars

Ingredientes

8 ounce Butter or possibly Margarine
2 c. Sugar
4 x Large eggs, separated
2 2/3 c. Sifted Cake Flour
2 tsp Baking Pwdr
1/2 tsp Salt
1 c. Lowfat milk
2 tsp Vanilla
5 ounce German Sweet Chocolate Bars

Direcciones

Cream butter and sugar together. Add in yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in sifted dry ingredients, alternating with lowfat milk and vanilla. Add thirds, beating till smooth after each addition. Grate chocolate coarsly, reserving 1/3 c. for the topping.
Beat whites till stiff and fold into batter, add in remaining chocolate to batter and mix. Pour in a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the top with the 1/3 c. of grated chocolate. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 40 min.
