Receta Chocolate Chip Butter Cake

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Butter or possibly Margarine
- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs, separated
- 2 2/3 c. Sifted Cake Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 5 ounce German Sweet Chocolate Bars
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add in yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in sifted dry ingredients, alternating with lowfat milk and vanilla. Add thirds, beating till smooth after each addition. Grate chocolate coarsly, reserving 1/3 c. for the topping.
- Beat whites till stiff and fold into batter, add in remaining chocolate to batter and mix. Pour in a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the top with the 1/3 c. of grated chocolate. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 40 min.
